You may use this site to look at our work and to request an appointment. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false booking requests, or use it in any way that breaks the law.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Appointments and prices
Submitting the booking form sends a request. It is not a confirmed appointment until we confirm it with you, normally by text.
Prices depend on the style, your hair length and density, and how long the work takes. The price is agreed with you before the appointment begins. Any price shown or discussed before that is an estimate, not a fixed quote.
Deposits, cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival and refunds are covered in our Booking & Salon Policies, which form part of these terms.
Services and results
Braiding results vary with the condition, texture and length of your natural hair, and with how the style is cared for afterwards. We will tell you honestly what is achievable before we start, and we will tell you if what you have asked for is not advisable for your hair.
We may decline to perform a service where we believe it would damage your hair or scalp.
Aftercare matters. A style that is not maintained as advised will not last as long, and that is not a fault in the work.
Conduct and safety
Tell us before your appointment about any scalp condition, allergy, recent chemical treatment, or sensitivity that could affect the work. If you are uncomfortable at any point during an appointment, say so and we will adjust.
A parent or guardian must remain on the premises for the duration of a child's appointment.
We ask that everyone in the salon is treated with courtesy. We reserve the right to end an appointment where behavior is abusive or unsafe.
Personal property
Please keep your belongings with you. We cannot accept responsibility for personal property lost or damaged on the premises.
Images and content
The photographs, text and design on this website belong to Mirabelle.B and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We photograph our work. We will always ask before photographing you, and we will not publish a photograph of you without your permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Virginia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you book is the version that applies to your appointment.
