This policy describes exactly what this website collects, where it goes, and what we do with it. It describes the site as actually built — nothing here is boilerplate.

What we collect

The only information this website collects is what you type into the booking request form. That is:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• Your email address, if you choose to give one — the field is optional
• The style you are asking for
• Your preferred date and time of day
• Anything you write in the notes field

There is no account to create, no newsletter sign-up and no payment taken on this website. We do not ask for, and have no way to receive, your card details through this site.

Please do not put medical information in the notes field. If a scalp or skin condition affects your appointment, tell us in person or by phone instead.

How we use it

We use what you send for one purpose: arranging your appointment.

• To contact you and confirm your slot, normally by text
• To prepare for the style you have asked for
• To reach you if something about your appointment has to change

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for marketing, and we do not send you marketing messages you did not ask for.

Where it is stored

This website is a static site with no server of its own. Booking requests are sent to and stored in a database hosted by Supabase, our data processor, and the salon is notified when a new request arrives. Access to that database is restricted: the website itself can add a new request and cannot read any request back.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no Meta or Facebook tracking, and no cross-site tracking of any kind. We do not build a profile of you and we cannot follow you to other websites.

Third-party services

Two third parties are involved in running this site, and both can see technical information such as your IP address as a normal part of delivering it:

• Supabase — stores booking requests, as described above.
• Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site are loaded from Google's font servers, so Google receives the request for those files.

Our website host also keeps standard server logs of requests made to the site.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests for as long as we need them to run the salon and to keep a record of appointments.

Your choices

Write to mirabellekamga4@gmail.com or call 571-426-0602 and you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your details from our records
• Stop contacting you

You can reply STOP to any text message from us and we will stop texting you.

Children

We braid children's hair, but this website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from a child. A booking for a child should be made by their parent or guardian, using the parent's or guardian's contact details.
