01 — Our Promise

02 — Design & Materials

What the work is actually made of

01

The Hair

Human hair, sorted in-house by texture and length. Matte, uncoated, and matched to your own pattern rather than layered over it.

02

The Part

Measured, square, consistent. The parting grid is the structure everything else sits on — and the first thing a knowledgeable client inspects.

03

The Foundation

Under a sew-in, the braid pattern decides whether the install lays flat and whether your own hair survives it. We photograph ours.

04

The Finish

Scalp oiled and soothed, hairline untouched, a full mirror walk-around, and a printed care card before you leave the chair.

03 — Our Work

The work itself

Every install is matched to your own texture, not approximated to it. This is the full range we braid — knotless, box, cornrows, Fulani, feed-in, goddess, updos, and styles made for kids.

04 — Who We Serve

Built around how you actually live

The Professional

Six weeks of not thinking about your hair

You book every six to eight weeks because mornings are not negotiable. We quote the real length of the appointment, and we start when we said we would.

On-time appointments

The Loc Journey

A maintenance home, not a one-off

Locs are a relationship measured in years. The stylist who starts yours should be the one maintaining them in year three — starter locs, microlocs, retwist, interlocking and repair.

4–6 week cycle

The Wig Client

Custom units from hair we sourced ourselves

Built to your measurements and density. HD lace, glueless construction, and a natural hairline. Private consultations available, always.

Private consultations

The Bride & Event

Trials, timelines, and a party that runs on schedule

Weddings, graduations, milestone birthdays. Booked months ahead with a trial appointment and a firm finish time you can plan the rest of the day around.

Book 48 hours

Mothers & Daughters

Gentle hands, patient stylists

Shorter appointments, softer tension, and stylists who explain what they're doing as they do it. Often the reason a mother becomes a client herself.

1.5–3 hrs

05 — The Standard

Five dimensions, every service

Every appointment is measured against the same five things. No exceptions for a quiet Tuesday or a busy Saturday.

  1. 1

    Source

Hair sourced and processed in-house. We know what was done to it.

  2. 2

    Technique

Tension-conscious, scalp-first braiding. The method is the product.

  3. 3

    Scalp Health

Every service starts and ends with the health of what's underneath.

  4. 4

    Longevity

Built to hold its shape for weeks of real life, not one photograph.

  5. 5

    Presence

How you carry it when you walk out. The finished feeling.

06 — In Their Words

Five stars, five different reasons

The people who book us are not all buying the same thing. These are the five who keep coming back, and what each of them came for.

The Professional

Quoted five hours. Took five hours.

Punctuality matters when you work full time. Mirabelle told me the real number when I booked, started on time, and I was out when she said I would be. Six weeks later the parts are still clean and my edges never moved.

Danielle R. Mirabelle.B

The Loc Journey

Year three and the same hands.

I came in three years into my locs and braced for someone to tell me they all had to be redone. She read them, told me exactly what was salvageable, and has maintained them ever since. That continuity is the whole thing.

Adaeze O. Mirabelle.B

The Wig Client

It does not look like a unit.

I had never worn a unit that did not end up hidden under a headwrap. This one was measured to my head, the density matches my own hair, and the hairline is genuinely believable. My coworkers thought I had done a big chop.

Simone T. Mirabelle.B

The Bride & Event

She built the timeline around the day.

Trial six weeks out, a written finish time for the morning of, and she was packed and gone before the photographer arrived. I did not think about my hair once. On a wedding day that is worth more than the style.

Kayla B. Mirabelle.B

Mothers & Daughters

My daughter did not cry once.

She is nine and has a history with tight braids. Mirabelle showed her every section before she touched it and checked in the whole time. Loose, comfortable, and her scalp was calm that night. I have since booked myself.
